FIR FILED AGAINST RISHI KAPOOR OVER TWITTER POST

Rishi Kapoor is no stranger to controversies and the veteran actor’s no-filter Twitter posts have landed him up in some serious trouble this time around. A police complaint has been filed against the 64 year old actor after a non-profit organization sent a letter to the Cyber Crime Cell for posting “pornographic material” on his Twitter account.
The actor had tweeted a nude picture of a minor which was later deleted.

Afroz Malik, President of the Jai Ho Foundation said in his complaint, “We would request you to immediately register a FIR against actor Rishi Kapoor under relevant sections of POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) and IT Act for posting indecent, nude and vulgar picture of a minor child on his Twitter account @chintskap.”
Malik also went on to state, “Rishi Kapoor has more than 2.6 Million followers on a Twitter account. This means this pornographic image material got circulated to more than 2.6 Million people. There are more than 66 retweets and 476 likes as of now on his this indecent image.”
As if that wan’t enough, the actor also posted a video of a little boy spanking a girl on Saturday.

Jai Ho Foundation is a Maharashtra based NGO registered under Women and Child Development Department of the state.
On the other hand, Rishi Kapoor is gearing up for the release of his upcoming comedy Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi. The film directed by Sanjay Chhel is scheduled to release on September 15. The actor will also feature in Umesh Shukla’s 102 Not Out with Amitabh Bachchan.
