For the first time, a film star got an ED summons...

The matter is not filmy but the people whose talk is about it are filmy. They are film stars, which is why they have come on the radar of ED investigation. This is the first time that after diplomats and businessmen, the ED (enforcement directorate) has sent a summons to a film star to appear. Ranbir Kapoor has been called for questioning in connection with his involvement in the endorsement of the Mahadev online Book (MOB) gaming-betting app.

Mahadev Book Gaming-Betting App is an online betting platform. The operations of this online game are headquartered in Dubai and its founders are Indians whose family lives in Bhilai (Chhattisgarh). Ranbir Kapoor's name has surfaced as the promotional (endorsement) star of this betting app.

In this game app running in the name of Mahadev i.e. Lord Shiva, not only Ranbir Kapoor, there are many other stars whose names are associated with this app and who have received hundreds of crores of rupees from the creators of this app. The news is that ED is now going to take information about this app from all these stars. The names of some of the stars involved in these are - Tiger Shroff, Bharti Singh, Vishal Dadlani, Neha Kakkar, Elli Avram, Sunny Leone, Bhagyashree, Atif Aslam, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Ali Asgar, Pulkit Samrat, Kirti Kharbanda, Krushna Abhishek, Nusrat Bharucha etc. It is not clear who is involved in this betting app in what form.

Let us tell you that this is an online betting platform. Many stars had gone from Mumbai through an event company to attend the wedding of the promoter of this app, which took place in the United Arab Emirates in February. Sunny Leone also performed a seductive dance. It is said that more than Rs 200 crore was spent on the guests at this wedding. The video of this wedding has been captured by Indian agencies and the ID has been tightened.

The agency will later make the decision based on the evidence to take further action against Ranbir Kapoor.
