Pak Actors: A petition filed in the Bombay High Court seeking a ban on Pakistani actors in India was heard on Tuesday. Film buffs will be happy to hear the verdict given in this hearing.
In fact, after the Uri attack in 2016, there were calls to ban Pakistani actors. However, this application has been rejected in the hearing.
During the hearing, Justice Suvil B. Shukre and Justice Firdosh P. Punawala said that the petition had no merit.
The court said that if action is taken as per this petition, it will undermine the measures taken by the government.
During the hearing, the Bombay High Court clearly refused to ban Pakistani artists in India.
After this decision of the court, it can now be said that Pakistani actors can be seen in Bollywood once again. This year, Pakistani cricketers have also set foot on Indian soil after many years. They have come to India to play in the ICC World Cup.
Now Pakistani artists are also going to return to India. Hearing this, their fans are very excited.
It may be noted that before the ban, Pakistani actors Mahira Khan, Fawad Khan, Mawra, and Ali Zafar were seen in Bollywood films.
