Samir Soni as Dorabjee in ALTBalaji’s Cartel

Actor Samir Soni played Dorabjee, a business tycoon who is cunning, manipulative and outright evil in ALTBalaji’s series ‘Cartel’.

To prove the character’s viciousness, Samir even had a scene in the show where he had to eat a live octopus.

Samir, for the first time played a negative character on screen. However, there was no denial that the masses loved him.

The star cast includes Rithvik Dhanjani, Tanuj Virwani, Jitendra Joshi, the veteran actress Supriya Pathak, Pranati Rai Prakash, Divya Agarwal, Girija Oak Godbole, Amey Wagh, Monica Dogra, Tannishtha Chatterjee, and others.

Divyenndu as Munna Tripathi in Amazon Prime’s Mirzapur

Right from the first season to the second, Munna Tripathi ensured his terror in the titular city Mirzapur was prolonged.

Divyendu as Munna, a spoilt brat of a bahubali, was impeccable. The character gave a new breath of life to Divyendu. After the success of the show, Divyendu was also seen in ALTBalaji’s Bicchoo Ka Khel.

And being the talented actor that he is, he was also lauded for his efforts in the show.

Right from the first season to the second, Munna Tripathi ensured his terror in the titular city Mirzapur was prolonged.

Divyendu as Munna, a spoilt brat of a bahubali, was impeccable. The character gave a new breath of life to Divyendu.

After the success of the show, Divyendu was also seen in ALTBalaji’s Bicchoo Ka Khel. And being the talented actor that he is, he was also lauded for his efforts in the show.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui as Ganesh Gaitonde in Netflix’s Sacred Games

Nawazuddin Siddiqui changed the entire digital space when he did Scared Games.

In the series, we get to see Ganesh Gaitonde rise and fall. Right from his ignoble feelings to his human side, we get to see Ganesh Gaitonde 360 degrees.

Like Ravan, the character, Ganesh had his own reasons to do what he did. Sacred Games featured Nawazuddin along with Pankaj Tripathi, Saif Ali Khan, Radhika Apte, and others.

Arslan Goni as Lala in ALTBalaji’s Mai Hero Boll Raha Hu

Arslan essays the role of Lala in ALTBalaji’s show, Mai Hero Boll Raha Hu. For the unversed, Lala is a gangster in Mumbai in the 90s who initially is ‘Hero’s comrade.

However, when Nawab starts gaining more popularity and power in the underworld, the ally becomes the nemesis in a city that Lala felt was his.

This role has won him applause from fans and critics alike. Arslan killed it with his performance.

Mai Hero Boll Raha Hu is the story of one man, a Hero named Nawab, set in the backdrop of the 1990s, which will take the audience through a rollercoaster ride showcasing the rise of a ‘Hero’.

The cast of the show includes Parth Samthaan, Patralekha, Arshin Mehta, Arslan Goni, and others.

Dino Morea as Shaybani Khan in Hotstar’s The Empire

Dino Morea essayed the role of the antagonist Muhammad Shaybani Khan in The Empire. Though Dino’s performance was praised, a section of social media users criticized the show. However, Dino is one of the hottest villains in recent times, who one wouldn’t mind ogling.

The show also stars Kunal Kapoor, Drashti Dhami, and Shabana Azmi.
