Gangubai Kathiawadi becomes the first Indian Film to Rank #1 in the global non-English films list on Netflix

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ premiered last week on Netflix, and within just 24hrs of streaming, the film was trending internationally at No.1! - Jyothi Venkatesh

Interestingly, as we progress into the second week the film has become the first Indian film to rank No.1 amongst non-English films.

Starring Alia Bhatt, Gangubai Kathiawadi crossed paths with international films to reach the No.1 position internationally. The international audience too are appreciating the cinematic excellence created by Sanjay Leela Bhansali yet again.

The film is directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and stars actors like Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Vijay Raaz, Shantanu Maheshwari, Jim Sarbh amongst others.
