Just six months ago , the pandemic looked so scary that nothing seemed possible . And if there was one person who was most badly effected it was Alia Bhatt. She had several big films lined up for release and there were no signs of any of these films being released and there was darkness and gloom in all the places where the films of Alia Bhatt were made and completed but had no chances of seeing the inside of any theatre - Ali Peter John

But like they say bad times don't last forever and the didn't last for Alia too . Alia and Gangubai Kathiawadi had to face uphill problems , protests and various kinds of litigation , but it was the will power of director Sanjay Leela Bhansaali , the presenter of the film Jayantibhai Gada and Alia that saw the film through and the film after opening to a lukewarm response went on to be a box office craze and Alia become a sensation with both the audience and the critics going crazy about her performance as Gangubai .

And it is hardly three weeks since the release of Gangubai and this time for release of S S Rajamouli's " R R R " will be released in three languages , Telugu , Tamil , and Hindi and will also have a national and international release.

The film has the two leading Telugu stars Ram Charan and Junior N T Rama Rao as the two leading protagonist. Alia Bhatt plays a lengthy cameo and plays a fantasy and fictional character who is called Sita .

Ajay Devgn also plays a fictional character which is a cameo in the film. There are many other actors from India and Hollywood who plays leading fictional characters .

At one stage , when Alia was involved in the nepotism and the Sushant Singh Rajput case, there were talks about Alia being replaced by another actress from the South, but it was Raja Mouli and his father K V Vijayandra Prasad who is also the writer of the films said that the film could only be made if Alia was in the cast.

And so Alia is in the cast of "R R R" and is also set to be one of its major highlights. Alia is a part of all the mind blowing action sequences of the film together with Ram Charan and Junior N T R, all of them and including the dazzling dance of Alia all picturised on gigantic and gorgeous sets in different studios and even on locations in places like Ukraine (before the war) , Georgia and our own Mahbaleshwar .

And like all other Raja Mouly films , " R R R" is also made on a massive budget of four hundred crores .

How the makers will recover or even make up their costs will be a question that will rack the minds of box office pundits and analysts till the final results are out .

Whatever happens to "R R R " this way or that way will certainly make a very big impact on the industry which is already struggling in deep waters .

In the meanwhile , all the doors of success seem to have opened for Alia Bhatt and after "R R R" , she has other impressive films lined up for release , films which has been waiting for release since the last four by years .

There are films like "Brahmastra" in which she teams with her husband - to - be Ranbir Kapoor , Amitabh Bachchan , Nagarjuna , Dimple Kapadia, Mouni Roy and other big names , ,"Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani" and Farhan Akhtar's all - women film staring Priyanka Chopra , Katrina Kaif and herself .
