GOLMAAL AGAIN BOX OFFICE COLLECTION CROSSES THE 200 CR MARK

2017 seems to be the year of the comedy genre as it's just one month into Golmaal Again release, the horror comedy has crossed the enviable Rs 200 crore mark! The film is now the second highest grossing film of 2017 after Baahubali: The Conclusion beating even Varun Dhawan’s Judwaa 2. Rohit Shetty, the man behind this franchise is obviously thrilled “I am overwhelmed with the response the film has received and want to thank the audience for appreciating it.” In an interview with Mumbai Mirror, Rohit Shetty talks about his hit-pairing with Ajay Devgn – "Ajay and I never take our success for granted. There’s never been a day when Ajay has said, “Koi farq nahi padta, dekhi jaayegi” and it’s the same with me. I think that is what works for us."

And, as reported earlier by us, Golmaal Again has even managed to break Aamir Khan’s long held Box office record in Saurashtra-Gujarat. His movie PK was the only film to have earned Rs 33 crore but Golmaal Again raced ahead and managed to rake in Rs 35 crore, and now it has crossed the 200 crore mark. It seems to be an amazing news for the film and this genre lovers.
