‘Heart-break’ ke baad Kiara Advani becomes tipsy-high deewani  in ‘Indoo Ki Jawani’

Sensuously stunning  Bollywood   Kiara Advani  who is riding on the crest of success with her two recent mega-hit-movies ‘Kabir Singh’ and ‘Good Newwz’ is euphoric. The spontaneous winsome actress is thrilled with the terrific  response to her just-released song-video ‘ Hasina Pagal Deewani’ from her upcoming movie ‘Indoo  Ki  Jawaani’  co-produced by box-office baron Bhushan ( T-series) Kumar and Nikkhil Advani . The movie has the macho cool-dude Aditya Seal ( of ‘SOTY-2’ fame) as Advani’s  hero.  Enthuses Kiara, “‘Indoo Ki Jawani’ has me  playing my first title-role. It’s  a coming-of-age wacko comedy revolving around a  bubbly vivacious girl from Ghaziabad and her misadventures with dating apps,” she had mentioned to me when I last met her.

  Only recently,  Kiara who celebrated her birthday ( July 31st ) minus the usual fanfare, shares  that “just like movie ‘Kabir Singh’ which highlighted a heart-break and estrangement,  this movie ‘Indoo….’  is also a engaging tale of heartbreaks . Where my spunky, quirky yet identifiable screen-character Indoo has broken up with her lover-boy, She randomly swipes and  experiments with this dating app which results in utter chaos in her housing complex. This throbbing Mika Singh-Asees Kaur duet track ‘Hasina Paagal..  ( a reprised redux of ‘Saawan Mein Lagg Gayi Aag’) is picturised on me. Where I am shown jilted and tipsy-high-on-spirits as I dance-swing with merry abandon and create a crazy shocking  scene at a wedding in my own complex,” chuckles Kiara whose  maverick movie is directed by debut-making  Abir Sengupta.  

It may be recalled that oomph-oozing Kiara had performed a bold, bohemian character of a sexually dissatisfied lady caught in an awkward situation in ‘Lust Stories’ anthology on Netflix. Interestingly, madame Advani who also gyrated to the ‘First Class Hai’ hit song in the otherwise fiasco ‘Kalank, will also be seen opposite Akshay Kumar in this upcoming comedy-horror film ‘Laxmmi Bomb’ co-produced by Tusshar Kapoor  and also in ‘Shershaah’ which is a war backdrop bio-pic. Meanwhile  confined at home during lockdown-quarantine, Kiara has become a ‘kitchen-queen’ of sorts. . She disclosed recently to the media,  “Occasionally I bake a cake or even cookies. I also made carrot-halwa.  Almost any Indian cuisine-recipe-dish  and I can prepare it. And this talent also gives me a sense of pride “, she shrugs.
