Heinekin Sisterhood Soiree by INCA celebrates women in Hospitality and Nightlife industry at the Lord of the Drinks

INCA hosted the first of its kind event The Sisterhood Soiree powered by Heineken.  The evening witnessed feamle industry leaders taking the forefront and advocating for a gender neutral nightlife and hospitality industry. Seen celebrating the women power of the industry were fraternity pioneers like Rahul Singh; President NRAI, Saransh Golia,Goila Butter Chicken; Priyank Sukhija along with Aman Anand - Founder of INCA and Riyaaz Amlani- Co- Founder of INCA.

The evening witnessed the creme de la creme of the society and the industry celebrating the spirit of sisterhood. The soiree started off with three  insightful panel discussions from the first tetete on the food and beverage industry then venturing into the media and entertainment segment and concluding with the cross culture subject.  The event participation included Malini Agarwal, Amy Shroff, Rachel Goenka, Shatbhi Basu,Gauri Devidayal, Shibani Dandekar, Manasi Scott, Riva Bubber, Chef Amriner Sandhu, Chef Anuroopa B Gupta, Sophia Sinha, Tanya Swetta to name a few. The panel disucssion was followed by a party spearheaded by women DJs and bartenders taking charge of the evening. Most celebrated DJs of the industry like DJ Shez, DJ Nisha Harale and DJ Smokey kept the dance floor busy through the evening.

It included an in-depth discussion on the trends and challenges in the Food and beverage part of the hospitality. It was moderated by Shatbhi Basu - Director - Creative Consultants - STIR Academy of bartending and the speakers included and eclectic mix of experts like:

• Anuroopa Banerjee Gupta -  Head Chef at oi kitchen & bar
• Bhargavi Naidu - Head of Institutional Sales United Breweries Ltd.

The panel focussed on discussion on the Media and Entertainment side of the nightlife which is most demanding side of the business, this discussion will make sure to give a clear insight into the future of bar life hospitality in India. The panel was moderated by MAE- RJ and Podcast along with: .
