Yesterday we lost the first female superstar of Bollywood, Sridevi, due to a massive cardiac arrest in Dubai, where she had gone to attend her nephew Mohit Marwah's wedding. She was 54. The news of her sudden death came as a shock to the entire entertainment industry and for her fans.
Condolences are pouring in for the much-loved legendary actress from the whole film fraternity, cricketers, politicians along with her millions of fans on social media. Actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Rajinikanth, Priyanka Chopra, Kamal Hasan, Sushmita Sen, Amir Khan, Akshay Kumar and many others celebrities took to their Twitter account to pay their condolences.

Padma Shri awardee Sridevi was the Bollywood's first female superstar who did superhit films like Himmatwala, Mr India, Tohfa, Nagina, Chaalbaaz and others. After taking 15 years break Sridevi had returned to films with English Vinglish in 2012. She was last seen in film Mom in 2017.
