Amazon miniTV’s latest coming-of-age drama series ‘Crushed’ has been the talk of the town ever since it was released. Along with a relatable plot and characters that takes viewers back to the good old times of school, lead actress Aadhya Anand, who dons the role of Aadhya Mathur is one reason why.

Playing the cute and bubbly ‘sidekick’, she has gone on to become an internet sensation with netizens going gaga on social media. So much so that she’s been declared as the new crush in town by the youngsters.

Speaking about becoming the internet crush with the release of the show, Aadhya Anand said, “It’s overwhelming to see that I have become an internet sensation; thanks to the release of ‘Crushed’ on Amazon miniTV.

I am extremely delighted to see that my character, Aadhya Mathur, and our show have garnered so much love from the audience. My dm is flooded with 500-600 congratulatory messages each day appreciating my character.

Five out of six episodes of the series ‘Crushed’ are already streaming on Amazon miniTV on the Amazon Shopping app for free. The season finale episode will release on February 2, 2022. Created by Dice Media (Pocket Aces), Crushed is a story of two sidekicks as they experience love for the very first time.

Directed by Heena Dsouza and Mandar Kurundkar, the series features an ensemble of talented actors including Rudhraksh Jaiswal, Aadhya Anand, Urvi Singh, Naman Jain, Arjun Deswal, and Anupriya Caroli.
