It’s not strange that nowadays all our heroines are going gaga over doing some action roles.

And why can female heroines not get into the genre of the Action Heroine” is the million dollar question?

Director Anand L Rai will be seen doing an action heroine film soon. His eyes are all set on doing an action heroine film.

However, his next is an action hero film. Everyone has witnessed that Anand L Rai’s films are mostly female oriented be it Tanu weds Manu, Raanjhana or Tananu weds Manu returns and Atrangi–re also.We all need to wait and watch when Director Anand announces Acton Heroine film?

Anand L Rai’s ,”Atrangi re” also a female oriented story is garnering Lukewarm response presently but with word of mouth of publicity the film will bring smiles onto him.

Expressing his views about doing films in all the various genres he clarifies, “As a production house I enjoy directing different genres.

I try to learn from it and be a support system to other makers. I keep my stories very adventurous, diverting it to new genres, new space, whether it’s a biopic rom-com or a film like Tumbbad. We are looking forward to expanding in all the genres. We enjoy doing that.

However, Director/producer Anand L Rai whose next Action Hero flick -Confirming the reports about his next action film he quotes, “My next to be in January is an action hero film with Ayushman and Jaideep Ahlawat.”

We inquisitively quiz what about making an action heroine film from your production house, as many heroines are excited to play action heroine? Trying to be tight lipped he discloses there is something but.

“Action heroine? Smiles and adds, “Just now you have given me the idea. I did not have it in mind yet.” Adding a fact he confirms,” There is something but!!

About all his films he shares,” I always feel when you are making a film it’s like a wedding in your house.

I feel whichever house is celebrating marriage, especially if a girl, during the last two months you want to work so much and get dog tired that you don’t feel the pinch of her send-off.

Your film is your baby. I don't want to let it off easily .It’s a feeling of satisfaction and pain simultaneously. You want to enjoy that.

Anand L Rai is always on his front foot while he is directing any film,” Yes, indeed. I learn from every bit of failures and success. I consider all my learning from my success or those which did not do well at the B.O.”

Anand L Rai is very confident with his stories merely because he traveled with most of his stories elaborating the same he avers,” I have traveled with my stories and thus being confident about the suggestions as I stay close to my roots & always be original.

If you are close to your roots and original then you will churn out a good story. When there is not the slightest nervousness in you don't get down making a film. That’s important…..Nervousness is different from fear
