Bigg Boss 17 has reached its sixth week and the contestants are each trying to take their game a level higher. Munawar Faruqui has been consistent and receiving love right from the first week. The latest episode saw him making his stance in the house loud and clear.

In the latest episode of Bigg Boss 17, contestants had to perform the nomination task for the week. The housemates' names were written on the leaves of a tree, and the names on the leaves which are removed, become nominated. When it was Vicky Jain’s turn to nominate someone, he was assigned the leaf with Munawar's name. Vicky repeated a message from Bigg Boss which said that it’s the sixth week, and everyone has to play on the front foot. He then asked Munawar what he thought about this.

Munawar confidently replied that if someone is playing on the front foot then a wicketkeeper is necessary, jokingly drawing a parallel to cricket. He went on to say that in this one month in the house, he did not just sleep or focus on changing clothes. He mentioned how he has made a good contribution to the show and he knows how to play his game.
