Ada Khan playing the character of Aagil in Baalveer is afraid of insects

Ada Khan, who was a part of Madhubala, Kya Hoga Nimmo Ka, Dancing Queen, Bebaaki, and many other TV shows, was seen in season 3 of Baalveer. Let us tell you that season 4 of Baalveer is streaming on Sony Liv from 6th May in which Ada Khan is also seen. What does Ada say about getting a good response to the show and going to Bigg Boss?

What kind of feedback is 'Baalveer 4' getting so far?

I am very excited because right now we are at number 4 among the shows on the entire OTT platform. To be honest, we also did not expect this because Baalveer 3 could not do so well but 'Baalveer 4' has dominated the entire OTT. I am very happy and would like to thank the audience for their love.

Did you expect that the show would get so much love even on the OTT platform?

‘Baalveer 3’ used to be available on both TV and OTT and nowadays people or children do not want to watch any show that will take up their time. When the makers said that this time the show would not be on TV but only on OTT, we were hopeful that the show would do well but we did not think that it would do so well. We all work very hard. There are many times more effort in a fantasy show than in a normal drama show. This work is not so easy but it feels great when we get so much love from the audience.

You have mostly done negative characters, have you ever thought of doing positive characters?

I want to do a positive role but perhaps my agency finds me more fit in a negative role. I feel like just looking at the production I feel like I can break the bones of two-four people. By the way, I have broken the nose of two boys, because if you tease me, you will get beaten. I think maybe because I look powerful, I get to play such characters. The positive main leads on television look very delicate, I don't look like that at all.

You are so strong, so have you ever thought of going to 'Khatron Ke Khiladi'?

There are insects there, although I can catch a lizard, rat, and snake in my hand, but if a cockroach comes, then I can also jump from this seventh floor. It is because of the insects that I have not had the courage yet. Not that but I am also a dancer and some things related to this are going on so maybe I will see you all in something related to dance.

There is a lot of craze going on for 'Nach Baliye', so can you be seen there with any Baliye?

I don't know who I will go with, I don't have a Baliye.

Your personality is quite strong. Why did you never try to enter 'Bigg Boss'?

I was invited to Bigg Boss 2020-21 during the pandemic, but I was in the US at that time, so I could not go. Now when I was doing Baalveer, I missed him for a while. I want to do Bigg Boss. I just look like this but I cry a lot. I am very scared, I will still go to Bigg Boss because I think it will be a lot of fun.

Would you like to go to Bigg Boss OTT or Bigg Boss Television?

Whoever has more reach, at this moment I don't know whose reach is more. I want to be a part of such a show which has a little more reach so that I can get the love of more people.

There are reports that Salman Khan will not host the upcoming Bigg Boss OTT, so wouldn't you like to go?

Salman Khan is an amazing host, I don't think there can be any other host like him. But I am sure whoever the makers bring will be as amazing as Salman. For me, Bigg Boss means Salman Khan.

You have also tried different types of dance forms. Do you want to be a part of any celebrity dance reality show?

It happened to me that whenever a new season of 'Jhalak' came, it used to clash with my other work. Talks are going on right now, I can't tell with which show the talks are going on. I am crazy about dance. My mother says that even if I keep sleeping and someone plays music, my belly starts shaking. I might die but it's not possible if I don't dance.

What qualities do you want in your Baliye?

I feel that I look modern but I am a very traditional person at heart. I want people like the kind of people I grew up seeing because I don't understand the sacrifices of today's generation. This true Baliye is not able to find me or I am not able to find him. Now I am giving the task of finding a Baliye for me to the audience, my groom should be a very nice person, good-looking, and he should have a lot of money because I am a spoiled brat, it is very difficult to maintain me. He should be very generous, caring, loving, and have a good sense of humor, and he should also be loyal.

Would you like to tell us something about your upcoming projects?

There is a web series that has been finalized and is yet to be signed. And talks are going on with a dance reality show. I just hope that their dates don't clash with each other. I think I was Umrao Jaan in my previous life.

Have you seen Heeramandi?

I have seen it, this is a series which I would like to watch again and again. I just feel that why I am not in it because I have taken training in Kathak and am taking it further also. The reward in it is within me only.

Whose character did you like the most in Heeramandi?

To be honest, I liked Manisha Koirala's character very much. He has done a very good job.
