Are you one of those blessed people who can eat anything and get away with it?

Yes, I eat anything and can eat anything.

What do you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

I eat whatever I get. Now that I have become a vegetarian, I don't eat non-veg. I order Subway on set in the morning. I have rolled oats and chocolates which I eat with milk. I keep breakfast as light as possible so that energy remains. I eat a little heavy lunch. In between I eat fruits like orange and pomegranate. Or I make a Sattu shake and drink it. I try to drink at least three liters of water during shooting. And these days when Evan brings Kurkure, I have to eat Kurkure, although I also like Kurkure. Sometimes I eat salad for dinner. If I feel like it, sometimes I eat chaat and bhalla papdi.

What time do you eat your last meal of the day?

There is no fixed schedule. Just as our shooting schedule goes up and down, our meal time also goes up and down.

Are you an early riser or a night owl?

Because of the production people, I have become an early riser. I was there earlier also, but now after shooting for 12 to 13 hours, we get tired of speaking lines and crying. We all get mentally tired, so to recover we feel like just sleeping in the morning but we have to come back for shooting.

What do you like to eat most during the day?

I eat anything, I don't have anything fixed like that.

What is your favorite cuisine?

When I was a non-vegetarian, I used to like sushi, shrimp tempura sushi, blue jasmine rice, and black bean snapper from Fu restaurant. There is a Meraki restaurant here which serves Fish Green Thai Curry and Chicken Red Thai Curry with Rice which I liked very much. But now that I have become a non-vegetarian, I have no choice but to eat grass.

According to you, what is the best time to work out?

I don't work out, I just run.

Is there anything you don't eat at all?

I have phases, like this month I will eat anything but next month I will be careful about my food. I keep going like this.

What is your favorite healthy munching?

Samosa, Chaat Bhalla Papdi

Right now I eat anything except non-veg. Right now I like Dahi-Puri, Sev-Puri, and Chaat Bhalla Papdi very much.

If you had to give any tips to your fans, what would you like to say?

Do any cardiovascular activity, whether running, skipping, or walking. If there is a sea nearby then go and sit there and if not then sit on your terrace. If you are at home then eat home food because when you are away from home, you will miss home food and then you will understand its importance. Study because only if you remain top in your studies, you will be able to do something in life. Eat healthy and stay healthy.
