Gauri Salgaonkar: The storyline of this show is the "King of the Show"

Gauri Salgaonkar is making her acting debut with the new Dangal TV show "Safal Hogi Teri Aradhana." In an exclusive conversation with Maya Puri, she shared her excitement about working with co-stars Sudha Chandran, Karanvir Sharma, and Barkha Bisht, as well as insights into the show’s story and her character.

• What would you like to say about the show and your character?

Gauri:  I am very excited about this show. Its promo has already become a hit. When I talk about the storyline, it’s the "King of the Show." The story addresses social issues and is very well-crafted. Each character in this show has its own significance. My character is a sweet and strong girl who faces any challenge that comes her way and grows through it. You’ll see how she overcomes obstacles, and I draw inspiration from her. I believe it’s motivational for all girls.

• How has your experience been working with Sudha ma’am, Barkha, and Karanvir?

Gauri:  All of them are my senior actors. Working with them makes me feel both nervous and excited. I have seen the work of Barkha, Sudha ma’am, and Karanvir sir; they are all excellent actors. They provide me with immense support and motivation.

 

• This is your debut show; do you have anything to say about that?

Gauri:  This is the best thing in the world for me. For any actor, it’s a significant milestone to debut with such a great show, and I’m really happy about it.

• In the promo, we see you riding a bicycle, fixing your hair in the mirror while Karanvir looks at you. It looks very cute. What do you have to say about that?

Gauri:  That’s the first meeting between Aradhana and Madhav, and I think that shot turned out really well. I’ve received many positive comments about it.

• Barkha plays Karanvir’s wife, and then your entry happens. How challenging was it to run with a baby bump?

Gauri:  As I understood, the 18-year-old girl, who cooks and runs a tiffin service, suddenly becomes a surrogate mother and manages her responsibilities excellently. I think that’s the best part of the story. Additionally, there are many other characters in the show who perform their roles beautifully, and you’ll have to watch the show to know more.

• How excited are you for the show? There will be a lot of media present.

Gauri:  It will be an eventful occasion for me. I am very excited and happy. My parents are with me, and they are also very happy. I am sharing my joy with them. This is an emotional moment for us, and I hope everything continues to go well.

 

• What would you like to say to your audience?

Gauri:  I would like to tell my audience that the story of this show is really good. I believe you will enjoy it once you watch. Please continue to support us and make sure to watch our show.

The show "Safal Hogi Teri Aradhana" premiered on October 14th and airs at 10:00 PM on Dangal TV. It revolves around the concept of surrogacy and its impact on the characters, focusing on the journey of surrogacy that shapes the storyline.
