Bollywood's bold and controversial actress, Poonam Pandey, who is always in the headlines for one reason or another, recently gave an interview where she discussed her new reality show Kink Season 2: Kiss, Ishq, and Connections. In this interview, she talked not only about her show but also about the negative comments and trolling she faces on social media.
You are appearing in the reality show Kink: Kiss, Ishq, and Connections Season 2. Tell us more about the show.
It's a very unique and interesting reality show. The show focuses on three aspects: kisses, love, and connections. It is especially targeted at the youth, and I believe the younger audience will really enjoy it. The show features relationships that are both created and broken. To be honest, some of these relationships are actually real.
When you were offered the show, what was your first reaction? How did you feel at that time?
Honestly, I didn’t think too much about it. I got the opportunity, and I just went for it with full sincerity. I really enjoyed shooting for the show and had a great time. I can also say that this show gave me a chance to learn something new. I believe that when you get an opportunity, you should give your 100%. That’s exactly what I did in this show.
As an actor, everyone has a wish to work with a particular actor. Who would you like to work with?
There are so many talented actors in the industry, but I would love to work with Vicky Kaushal. Apart from him, I would also like to work with Pankaj Tripathi, as he is known for bringing depth to every character he plays. He is an exceptional actor.
Who is your favorite contestant on the show?
For me, all the contestants are special. Each contestant has something unique about them, so I can’t really pick one as my favorite. I treat everyone equally, and for me, everyone is the same.
Would you like to share some experiences from the show with us?
My experience with the show has been really good. We did a lot of acting, photo shoots, and had loads of fun on the set. I think if I ever get a chance to act in the future, I would definitely take it.
Social media is extremely active these days. Many people use it as a platform for praise, while others leave negative comments. How do you handle that?
I don’t pay any attention to those comments. Look, I’m a fearless girl. People can say whatever they want. Many times, I’ve been called characterless, but I believe it's better to ignore such things. I do what I want to do without any fear.

Talking about Poonam Pandey's work front, she has appeared in films like Nasha, Love Is Poison, Malini and Company, Aagaya Hero, and The Journey of Karma. She also appeared on Kangana Ranaut’s show Lockup (2022).
Her reality show Kink Season 2: Kiss, Ishq, and Connections is currently streaming on the digital platform Atrangi App. The show features 10-15 contestants who participate in bold tasks while searching for love and connections.
