Karuna Pandey Celebrates 500 Episodes Milestone of 'Pushpa Impossible'

Karuna Pandey is known for the serials 'Pushpa Impossible' (2022), 'Devanshi' (2016), and the film 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' (2015), and currently she is working in the serial 'Pushpa Impossible as well as Sony TV's Dance. She is also a contestant on the reality show 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa'. Recently 'Pushpa Impossible' completed its 500 episodes, on the happy occasion of which Karuna shared her memories related to the show.

In today's time, completing 500 episodes of a serial is a big thing, so how do you look at this journey of yours?

I completely agree with you that in today's time, completing 500 episodes of any serial is a great achievement. Today the audience has many options. If I talk about my journey, my journey has been extraordinary because I got associated with a project professionally, and then gradually started getting to know people, and that is another achievement that you have found good people. The project ‘Pushpa Impossible’ has been written very beautifully, and its producer and director are also very good, everything related to this project is very good. Everything is so good that it is fun to work, it feels as if every day is my first day. It has been shot for two years, it has been telecasted for two and a quarter years, and till now 500 episodes have been telecasted. The work is so good that I never feel bored and every day feels like the first day.

People like this show even today, and people are connecting with it, so according to you, what is the special thing about it?

The most special thing about this serial is connectivity, every actor who is doing a show says the same. Our show is truly relatable because we keep it relatable from the shooting point of view as well. Whatever situations occur in our scenes are real-life situations. We show issues that people relate to. Our writers write the characters in such a way that we connect with them, and hence our audience can also relate to them. ‘Pushpa Impossible’ is a truly relatable show.

Any sequence from the show that is very close to your heart?

Have very good memories of the show. The work has been so good that every day has been special. When our show completed 50 episodes, we had a party, and many big people came. It was a big thing to have a party on the completion of 50 episodes of a show because people celebrate after 100 episodes or 150 episodes. We had reached this point within 50 episodes, we had a party and we were positive that we would go far. When the first 50-episode party was held, that day was very special for us, and we had a lot of fun.

What would you like to say to the fans?

I want to say a big thank you to the audience because, in a very short time, they have taken us to the top. In today's time when people do not watch TV serials and even do not go to theaters to watch films, the fact that the audience is watching this show is a big thing for all of us. The audience has given us a lot of love and respect. I am also doing another program ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’, in that too I am looked at with respect. We will take our show forward with the same passion with which we started. Today we have completed 500 episodes and there will be no reduction in our hard work, intensity, and passion in the next 500 episodes also.
