Recently, she took to Instagram to share her return to India and gave an exclusive interview in which she made some surprising revelations about her past, including her relationship with international drug mafia don, Vicky Goswami. Mamata Kulkarni, who rose to fame with hit films like Karan Arjun, shared that she has no intentions of returning to the film industry. She also clarified that she is not participating in Bigg Boss. "I am just here to witness the Kumbh Mela," she said. "Everything has its time, and mine has passed." In the interview, she revealed that when she left India in 2000, she was at the peak of her career, with 43 film offers on the table. But she chose to leave it all behind. In Search of the Truth Mamata spoke about her life over the past 25 years, saying, "I was in search of the truth." She also shared an intriguing childhood memory. "When I was born, my hair were orange, and the nurse went around the entire hospital showing them to everyone," she recalled, hinting that her search for truth began from a very young age. Clarifying Her Relationship Status There were rumors that Mamata had married Vicky Goswami, but she clarified her relationship status in the interview. "I did not marry Vicky; he is not my husband," she stated. "I am still single. We had a relationship, but I blocked him four years ago." Despite their past, Mamata had only praise for Vicky. "Vicky is a good person with a kind heart. Everyone from the film industry used to meet him, so I also met him," she explained. How She Met Vicky Mamata revealed that she first met Vicky in Dubai in 2016. "He was arrested in 2017, and since then, he is part of my past. I have moved on," she said, emphasizing that she had left that chapter behind. Mamata also mentioned that she had made a personal vow to stay away from Mumbai until Vicky was out of jail. "During that time, my father and my mentor came to Mumbai, but I didn"t go," she said. "Just like Gautam Buddha left everything behind and went alone, I did the same." No Help From Bollywood Stars When asked whether any Bollywood stars helped her during her difficult time, Mamata responded, "No one helped me. After years of being out of the limelight, her name came back into the headlines between 2015 and 2016 due to her alleged involvement in a ₹2000 crore drug case.
