Are you one of those people who eat anything but do not gain weight?

No, I am not like that, rather I am one of those people who eat a little but feel like it is too much, and then to burn that food, I have to do more exercise than that. This is the story of my life and this is my struggle, and since I am a foodie it is even more difficult.

What time do you eat your last meal of the day?

Whenever I wake up in the morning, I eat five times every three hours throughout the day. If I wake up at seven in the morning, my last meal will be a little early and if I wake up late, I eat late at night. But I make sure that I eat five times a day.

Are you an early riser or a night owl?

I'm a night owl, and I'm trying to be an early riser. Now I have started feeling that the later you wake up, the day seems shorter and because of that you also feel bad. If you wake up early, you feel that you have energy, the day is long and there is a lot to do. Now I understand all these things with age.

What is your favorite meal of the day?

I think breakfast because when I wake up in the morning, I am very hungry. The first meal of the day is very important for me. 99.9% of the day my morning meal is scrambled eggs and two slices of toast.

What is your favorite cuisine?

Indian cuisine because the heart is Hindustani.

According to you, what is the best time to work out?

Anytime. You have to give your body at least one hour a day for physical activity so that the body feels good. There is no such thing that there is a right time for this, do exercise only when you get time. Whenever you get a chance, go to the gym.

Is there anything you don't eat at all?

I try not to eat sweets. I like sweet food very much. One day I call it a cheat day and I keep eating sweets the whole day and then the next day I regret it.

What is your favorite street food?

My favorite street food is Chole Bhature.

Have you made any changes in your lifestyle in the last few years?

I have started trying to wake up early in the morning so that I can enjoy the whole day. I write my diary every day, which I have been doing for the last few months. There are some small habits like this which I try to do every day. I try to be a good person because that's the most important thing.

What is your favorite healthy munching?

I love eating dry fruits.

What do you like to eat on your cheat days?

Butter chicken with butter naan and then with rabri jalebi.

If you had to give any tips to your fans, what would you like to say?

I will give these tips to all the fans that the health of the body is most important. No matter how much money you earn, if your body is not fit enough to enjoy it, then that money is of no use. Take some time out of the day for yourself and give yourself an hour to do what you deserve.
