Zain Imam on Movies, Pets, and More in ‘This or That’ Game

In a special interview with Maya Puri journalist Shilpa Patil, Zain Imam, who plays the character Teerth in the Colors TV show Suman Indore, took part in a rapid-fire round of the "This or That" game. Movies or Books?

"I prefer movies because I feel they are more interactive. I’ve never really been very fond of books. Though I’ve read a few, I find movies to be more engaging."

Cat or Dog?

"Cat! Because I have a pet cat, Coco, who is a Persian cat. I really like cats. Dogs are great too, but if I had a farmhouse, I might consider getting a dog."

So, you have a pet cat?

"Yes, I have a Persian cat named Coco."

Beach or Mountains?
"Beach! I think the water brings me peace."

Day or Night?

"Night, because it’s my ‘me time’. The rest of the day is usually filled with work, so I prefer the quiet and solitude of the night."
Instagram or Twitter?
"Instagram, any day!"

We see a lot of 'Teerth-Suman' reels on social media. What do you think about that?

"Yes, our fans create such amazing edits. We’re truly grateful to them for putting so much effort into making these reels and for showering us with so much love. Thank you, really!"

Tea or Coffee?

"Neither."

So, what do you prefer to drink?
"Lemon water or just plain water. I’m not fond of tea or coffee."

Heels or Flats?
"I’m lucky to have a good height, so I don’t need heels."

Online Shopping or Shopping in Stores?
"If I’m abroad, I prefer shopping in stores. But if I’m in India, I shop online for small items. I don’t usually shop for big things online."

Movies at Home or in the Theater?
"In the theater."

Pizza or Pasta?
"Cheese burst pizza!"

Home-cooked Food or Restaurant Food?
"Home-cooked food."

Dal-Rice or Biryani?
"Biryani."

"Both."
