Are you one of those lucky souls who can eat anything and not gain weight? Not really! I have to work hard for it. I"m a big foodie, I eat a lot, especially sugar. But after indulging, I have to burn it off in the gym. And if I don"t find time for the gym, I make sure to go for a walk or run. What do you usually eat for breakfast or lunch? Since I"m a huge foodie, I tend to skip breakfast and go straight to brunch or lunch. So, what"s your usual lunch like? For lunch, I eat anything and everything I can get my hands on because it's my main meal of the day. I reduce my dinner portion and sometimes, I skip breakfast altogether or have something very light. What time do you usually have your last meal of the day? If I"m shooting, my meal timings are erratic—sometimes it"s at 11 PM, sometimes at 12, or even 10:30. But when I"m not shooting, I make sure I eat before 9 PM. Are you an early riser or a night owl? I"m definitely a night owl. What"s your favorite meal of the day—breakfast, lunch, or dinner? I think lunch is my favorite because that"s when I can have a larger meal and pack in more calories. What"s your favorite cuisine? Mughlai and North Indian cuisine, hands down. According to you, when is the best time to work out? Anytime you feel energetic, healthy, and ready to either lift weights or go for a run. Any strict no-no in your diet? I try to avoid sugar, but since I love sugar, it"s tough for me to completely cut it out. However, I do stay away from excess oil and salt. What"s your favorite healthy snack? I love dry fruits as healthy munchies. Your Favorite street food? Golgappas (Pani Puri), Aloo Tikki, and Chole Bhature. What"s your favorite cheat day dish? For me, every day is a cheat day! If you consume so much sugar, how do you maintain your weight? We"ve seen you in the industry for so many years, yet you never seem to gain much weight. How do you manage? I have gained weight, it"s not like I don"t, but I make sure I manage my diet and eat in moderation. Have you made any lifestyle changes over the years? Yes, I"ve started intermittent fasting, and that has really worked for me. Any fitness or diet tips you would give to your fans? Just eat healthy, avoid sugar, steer clear of unhealthy oils, and opt for healthier options like coconut oil. Also, make sure to walk for at least 20 minutes every day.
