At the event, women wore colorful clothes and jewelry, adding brightness to the occasion. The club's Vice President and choreographer, Mrs. Alka Shrivastava, presented a fantastic group dance performance that added charm to the program.
Mrs. Rashmi Singh, an executive committee member, effectively managed the Teej contest, coordinating the dance style and attire theme. Following the club's tradition, Mrs. Kusum Sikka warmly welcomed and congratulated new members with gifts.
The club's Senior Advisor, Mrs. Indu Srivastava, delivered an inspiring speech, boosting the club's spirits.
We had the honor of welcoming Mrs. Mamta Sareen, a national athlete and a gold medalist in Sitar playing and dancing, to join us as the judge for all the contests. Her expertise assisted the club in selecting the finest contestants.
Rashi Seekri won the 2023 Teej Queen title, with Renu Kumar as the First Runner-up and Shakti Ahwan as the Second Runner-up.
A selection was made among the club members for the title of "Beautiful Lady," and the winners were Mrs. Bala Abrol, Mrs. Kavita Agarwal, Mrs. Kirti Khaira, and Mrs. Kinjal Seekri.
The program was attended by various club members and esteemed guests. President Mrs. Rachna Sareen's leadership ensured the successful celebration of the event.
Delhi State's Vice President, Mrs. Lata Gupta, was present and couldn't resist joining in the dancing. Former councilor Mrs. Babita Khanna also performed a captivating dance.
At the event, we had the presence of Nigam Parshad, Mrs. Shashi Chandna, former Nigam Parshad, Mrs. Geeta Sharma, Mrs. Manju Gupta, Mrs. Nisha Garg (wife of Nigam Parshad, Mr Ramesh Garg from Preet Vihar). Mrs. Chhavi Kala and Mrs. Ruchi Agarwal, as well as Mrs. Rajni Agarwal (wife of Sangh President Mr. Pramod Agarwal), also graced the program and adorned the club's prestige.
The club's Chairperson, Mrs. Lalita Gupta, honored the winner of the Teej contest, Rashi Sikari, with a beautiful gift and adorned her with a crown, recognising her as the Teej Queen. In the same category, the club's Treasurer, Mrs. Anuradha Shukla, also recognized the first runner-up, Renu Kumar, by presenting her with a lovely gift!
In the category of award presentation, several names were included, such as Dr. Bharti, Mrs. Rajeshwari, Mrs. Krishna Juneja, and Mrs. Rashmi Singh!
The program was hosted by the General Secretary, Mrs. Vandana Varma, and Mrs. Poonam Agarwal. Mrs. Shilpi Agarwal, Mrs. Sushila Rawat, and Mrs. Kali Agarwal provided valuable support during the program.
Executive committee member Mrs. Nisha Gupta helped the club arrange a space for dance practice while club member Mrs. Shweta Singhal, who owns Singla Sweets, was also present at the program and brought back memories of home for all members by distributing Ghewar.
The occasion concluded with Mrs. Rachna Sareen, President of IPEX Ladies Club, commending and thanking all the attending members and the executive committee, which greatly uplifted everyone's excitement.
