IS SHALIN BHANOT PREPPING FOR MIDNIGHT CHILDREN?

Rumors have it that Shalin Bhanot is the next one in line making the big leap as the actor may have signed Vishal Bhardwaj's big ticket Netflix project, Midnight Children.  While neither Bhanot nor Bhardwaj have confirmed, it's being said that Shalin has replaced Ishaan Khattar in this project.  Shalin who was last seen in Naagin 4 was apparently selected for his acting prowess along with lack of overexposure that made him a perfect fit for this mega budget project.

 We've been snooping around to get more details and while we were at it, we found Shalin has uploaded this cryptic story on his social media stating, '#ResearchIsKey'  Now seeing the video he's watching around the time of British rule and Independence we are guessing the actor is already in #PrepMode.  Midnight Children is based around the time period of Indian's Independence as the protagonist discovers that everyone born at midnight on 15th August 1947 has some sort of special powers.  Shoot dates for the project haven't been announced yet due to the current pandemic but we are sure they are planning to begin rolling soon.
