Mascot chief guest and ‘Cover Girl’ Hema Malini ( in an elegant classy designer outfit with a dazzling diamond hair-band ) unveiled the cover of 'Society Achievers', held at Taj Hotel, Santacruz, that celebrated her as the altruistic  'Woman of Substance'  with multiple missions legacy in Bollywood & her public life as a Member of Parliament. It is beyond doubt that Hema  Malini has been the premier superstar versatile actress-danseuse in India! This was in the esteemed company of  media magnate debonair Mr.Nari Hira,  Ashok Dhamankar, Society magazine editor Andrea CostaBir,  Sunil Khavnekar, noted photographer Vickky Idnaani  and  several  other non-filmy dignitaries like outdoor advertising magnate Yogesh Lakhani present along with the media,

When requested to address the audience Hema-jee chose to speak about her public life and her unconditional service  for the welfare of the people of her constituency Mathura City in improving infrastructure facilities and redressing their grievances

In her address to the invitees, the graceful, dignified Hema Malini said " I would like to thank Mr. Nari Hira & the Magna Publishing group for bestowing me their ' Society Achiever' award. The award is a recognition for people from different facets of life who serve the people, beginning from the grassroots level. The youth of India should be in the forefront for the selfless service of the people instead of  Everyone should take advantage of facilities provided by our efficient Government under the competent leadership of our dynamic Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi-jee.. The Magna  Group had published my very first  Coffee Table biography book, by eminent film-maker-author Ram Kamal Mukherjee, so I consider it very special. In fact I would be releasing a coffee table book on Aug 24th about the developmental work that I have carried out for the people of Brijwasi in Mathura, about the religious monuments, about the Saints and their Bhakti-geets etc. I am also inspired by unconditional love of Radha-ji.  Selfless devotion of  Meera-ji   to Lord Shri Krishna, " disclosed Malini.

Later after the Society magazine event concluded,  I was briefly speaking to Hema-jee who knows me personally. She asked me to come up on stage and then congratulated me for  my passion and dedication to entertainment journalism for the past over 03 plus decades. It was a humbling honour for me—the compliments coming from a  versatile super-talented ‘living legend’.Sholay-movie heroine Hema Malini-jee,

What was one of the unfulfilled dreams of the dream girl Hema-jee ? “ My dream-wish is to start and establish my own  Dance Academy or Institute  in the near future teaching various forms of classical dance,”  confides the  ‘Seeta Aur Geeta’  title-roles actress who politely refused to sit on a chair while standing on the stage. “Being a performing stage-dancer, I don’t feel the need to sit on a chair, while on stage”, smiled Hema- jee at exuberant event anchor-compere Simran Ahuja
