But, on the evening of January 5 Covid struck once again. The last time Covid 19 paid a visit to Jalsa was in July 2021 when Amitabh, Abhishek and several members of their staff tested positive and were admitted to the Nanawati Hospital, but were lucky to walk out cured.

But this time, it all started with one of the 31 members of the staff at Jalsa testing positives. Amitabh had given a hint of a "domestic crisis" in one of his tweets.

But on January 5, the bitter truth was out. Covid 19 had taken charge of Jalsa and most of the occupancy including Amitabh had to go into isolation and quarantine themselves.

Some of the staffers have been declared out of danger, but Amitabh continues to be in isolation, which means that all his shootings, including his shooting for KBC will be affected, leading to unlimited financial losses.

Even when covid visited Jalsa in July, Mrs Jaya Bacchan was not at Jalsa, but was attending the parliament session in Delhi and even now she is in Delhi. More news from Jalsa is expected in the next few days.
