JARED LETO AND MARGOT ROBBIE TO GET THEIR OWN FILM IN THE DC UNIVERSE

It was just yesterday that the news of a solo film being made on Joker was doing the rounds and quite a few people weren't happy about it. Just the opposite seems to have happened today because Warner Bros has given DC fans a legit reason to rejoice as Variety just confirmed the news about Warner Bros making a film based on Joker and Harley Quinn with Jared Leto and Margot Robbie continuing on their roles respectively. Just to clear it out—This isn't the solo Joker film.

The Hollywood Reporter further confirmed that directors Glen Ficcara and John Requa are in 'final negotiations' for directing and writing the film while Leto and Robbie will reprise their roles from the 2016 film Suicide Squad. The studio itself hasn't confirmed anything apart from the fact that it's going to be a 'criminal love story'.

Variety also reports that Warner Bros. has been attempting to take advantage of Leto and Robbie—the two most popular stars of Suicide Squad. How about celebrating the news together DC fans!?
