Jason Shah Says That He Would Recommend Home School To Whoever Can Afford It

Jason Shah who is currently playing ruthless Captain Ross in Jhansi Ki Rani has never been to a school and he had some wonderful experience.  What made you to opt for home school? “As a kid, you don't get to opt for school. It is a decision which is taken by your parents. At home school you get one on one attention which is lacking in most of the schools today. As there are so many kids for one teacher in schools. Some kids need extra attention as they are not able to keep up with the class due to the pressure of society or parents or teachers. Especially in India kids commit suicide many times due to pressure.” But do you feel there are any disadvantages of home school? He adds,”Some say that the disadvantage is that you don't get to mingle with other children. Luckily I was home schooled with another family. So there was always plenty of company. There was somebody of my age always to mingle around and hang out. I was very blessed as a kid and never really felt left out.  My father ensured that I travel the world. Every year we used to travel two countries. That was his way to educate me. He thought that it is best to travel as you get exposed to different places, different cultures, countries, languages and different kinds of people. I think Travelling is the best learning. As a kid, you will always have the picture imprinted on your mind rather than studying and cramming that thing which will float away after exams.”  Will you recommend homeschooling to people? “Yes, I would recommend it to people who can afford it. As it will be beneficial for the child who  will get what he  needs, He will never lack behind, he will have someone to always help him. I think I was blessed to have great teachers during my homeschooling. “
