JOHN ABRAHAM TALKS ABOUT HIS RELATIONSHIP WITH AKSHAY KUMAR

We have seen John Abraham and Akshay Kumar together in several movies like Garam Masala, Desi Boyz, Housefull 2. Akshay even had a cameo in John's Dishoom.

John said he does not just share a professional equation with Akshay Kumar. He said; "Sometimes I call him up to just have a laugh, and he does say something very funny when I call him. And then we just say ‘love you’ and hang up. We have that kind of an equation and both of us really care for each other. Those kinds of relationships are very rare in this industry."

John added; "Yes, there are a lot of things that I don’t do in terms of marketing on Instagram and other social media platforms. However, I don’t think during any of his releases I have not picked up the phone and told him, ‘Is there anything you want me to do?’ Or ‘I am always there for you.’ That’s what matters and he can see that. So we share a special bond and that’s great."

John also said that only he and Akshay Kumar can come up at a 7 am shift without any complaints. John said;  "I think I pick up one film in one-and-a-half years but he can deliver eight during the same period (laughs). But on any day, our working pattern is the same. We are probably the only two actors who can come for a 7 am shift without complaining much."

"I think both Akshay and I wake up anywhere between 4.30 and 5.30 in the morning, have very healthy lifestyles and we also sleep early. Plus, we are very ‘physical’ human beings. It’s great to relate to someone like that," added John.

John Abraham is currently busy with the promotions of his film Parmanu - The Story of Pokhran.
