JSWM Productions announces the online; Waterfront Festival of International Films Lavasa

On the 1st December 2020, with a great pleasure, JSWM Productions announces the online; Waterfront Festival of International Films Lavasa (Registered Member of UFFO – Universal Film & Festival Organization).The festival will aim at the finest participation of films from at least 50 countries. Once the Covid19 pandemic subsides, the festival will progress towards a real festival at the most spectacular Lavasa Promenade. The festival strives for a world in which enlightenment, knowledge and tolerance prevail. The objectives of Water Front Festival of International Films through its film festivals, workshops and indulgence are dedicated to nurturing and encouraging new film making talent, honoring the great masters of world cinema and providing audiences with a unique opportunity to engage in an appreciation of and a conversation about the art of cinema as it is represented around the world.

The submissions of the films are opening on 15 December 2020

Early Bird: 15 December 2020 - 14 January 2021

Regular:      15 January 2021 – 14 February 2021

Final:           15 February 2021- 08 March 2021

Notification Date 20 March 2021The festival gives awards in the following categories:

Festival Best International Film     Best Animation Film

Festival Best Indian Film                Best Feature Film

Best Documentary Film                  Best Short Films

Best Short Documentary                 Best Student Film

Best Director                                   Best Actor

Best Actress                                     Best Editor

Best Story writer                              Best Cinematographer

Best music/ background score

In addition 5 films in each category shall be will be chosen for “Honorable Mention” award
