How I wish that saturday morning at Filmalaya studio where you were shooting for Rakesh Kumar Sooryavanshi would not have happened - ALI PETER JOHN
We would not have wasted a million feelings and strong emotions that could have made life for you and me better and much more exciting and maybe even enlightening.
You should not done what you did ( loose your temper on my photographer and abused him for just taking a few pictures of your face covered with red paint which was supposed to be blood) but what happened after you lost your temper and I complained to my editor about your behaviour is now part of history , but the scars still remain and remind me of that they which made me take a step back that I now sometimes regret, because you were young and I was not so young, but our unjustified anger was the result of the hot blood that flowed in our veins at that moment.
I myself couldn't see how you were banned by my editor and which led to many other publications and editors and photographers treating you like an outsider and keeping you and forcing your producers to keep you out of important photographs of important events and functions.
Neither you nor me could have expected that you would be the great and shining star that you are today and I have these people that of every single development in your career and I have admired your courage , confidence, conviction in yourself which I know have made you what you are, neither god nor destiny not qudrat nor qismat has done anything great for you, it is only your determination, dedication and sincerity to your work that has paid off.
I hope you know it and if you don't, I hope you know it now. It is always better late than never.
55 is still a very young age for someone like you to throw away your gloves because you have many more rounds of fights in the ring to achieve the kind of victory that you have been looking for like an angry 'sher' and I have not known or seen any sher like you who will accept defeat and quietly sit in a corner with your proud tail between your legs.
I have seen you grow and keep growing as an actor and whatever your critics and rivals may say, you know and the millions of your admirers know that you are made to stand high , aim further and then still soar higher till your hungry soul is completely satisfied.
You have a wise as wise can be father ( Salim Khan) as your guiding force, you have two mothers who will hate to see you sad or a disappointed son .
You have two sisters who will never even dream of seeing their loving brother lose in anyway and you have two brothers who have always looked up to you and who continues to look up to you and please don't forget that you have your little nieces who thing that you are more than tarzan, phantom , spider man or any of the strongest mythological figures they see or will see in cartoons and stories told on televisions or in their primary school books.
And what about the millions of your fans and admirers who seem to believe that you are a precious gift sent to them for all occasions and for all festivals and seasons.
I will not say anything more because life had taught you more than I can or anyone can ever teach you. All I can do is wish you to be strong, and be positive and I hope you have a purpose , the passion and the prosperity and thoughts all the treasures of the world.
You have a little girl from Indore who says that she prays five times and more and all the time she only prays for you. There are many more like her.
I don't know when I will ever write to you again but I hope this outpouring of my heart will reach you and you will take it t o your heart and make your mind work on it.
Thanking you
Your one time so called enemy and now your admirer
Ali.
