KALKI KOECHLIN LAUNCHES LINE OF BAGS

Kalki Koechlin who is known for her unique and different character in Bollywood Industry has now collaborated with a luxury brand and created a line of bags.The actor wanted the range to be just like her personal nature and style. Kalki tried to bring out the same qualities which are more like of bold and crazy but with all the originality in it to her product. She tried to add all these elements to her work when she began crafting the line.

According to a leading daily, Kalki said, "It was important to strike a balance between my 'ideal creation' and the market demand. Even though the line offers different styles, it has an underlying theme, which is based on what I've learnt to value in life - being different. I wanted every bag in this collection to reflect some aspect of me."

The capsule collection she has designed for Hidesign has a casual cool look. "Kalki was involved right from the beginning. The direction of the designs, what works for her and does not, was set by her. She went through with us on the materials, the individual designs, the changes and the basic philosophy of this collection," said Dilip Kapur, founder of Hidesign.

Talking about her work front, Kalki will be seen in Zoya Akhtar's next, Gully Boy, where the actor will share the screen space along with Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt.
