Taking ‘panga’ for something she feels strongly about , has been a way of life for the bold, candid science-student Kangana Ranaut  right from her teenage, including her career rebel-decision to get into movies.  Whenever I have taken a ‘panga’, it has lead to new growth and landmark in my life” insisted  Kangana at the trailer-launch of her movie ‘Panga’ directed by the super-talented Ashwini Iyer Tiwari. After  her perfect put-on brief act  as a railway staff clerk at the CSMT (Mumbai) ticket-window ( she plays a railway employee in ‘Panga’), to generate the hype-buzz, the ‘Manikarnika’ actress rushed to the theatre venue for the trailer-launch. “Every mother deserves a second chance to live her dreams and in ‘Panga’ I play this kabaddi-player who stages a comeback despite all odds after becoming a ‘mother’. In our movie the game of ‘kabaddi’ is used as a metaphor , it could be related to any other dream for a woman,” reacted the ‘Queen’ actress.  In her usual outspoken moods, the ravishing Ranaut urged that “One should never allow someone else to decide our destiny. In our industry, it’s sad that, suspension letters are issued to women once they cross 29 years of age. Wrinkles, grey hair and personal intellectual growth is frowned upon. I don’t ever want my job to be identified by my gender, “ asserted the articulate actress who prefers to “remain alert at all times to tackle back-stabbing”. Asked about her plans to get married, dignified Kangana responded that she is ‘open to matrimony, provided she is assured of equal companionship by a spouse who is ideally superior to her by ways of looks and calibre’.. The maverick sports-centric movie ‘Panga’ which releases  on the eve of Republic Day ( Jan 26) next year has fabulous co-actors like Neena Gupta, Richa Chadha and Jassie Gill with a melodious inspiring music score by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.
