New Update

Kangana Ranaut is known for putting her heart and soul into any character she plays. The woman doesn't actually play her characters, she lives them! After garnering accolades with her role of an actress in Rangoon and a kleptomaniac in Simran, Kangs might've just bagged another film, a biopic on the life of Anurima Sinha.

For all you people who've been living under a rock and don't know who Arunima is, she is the world's first female amputee to successfully climb the Mount Everest. There have been several rumours in the industry that Farhan Akhtar was planning to make a film on Anurima's life but now another leading production house has reportedly approached Kangana with a script. A source told a leading tabloid and was quoted saying, 'The makers were to decide between Kriti Sanon and Kangana. Since the latter's schedule looked packed because she's shooting for Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, they were skeptical. But Arunima took the final call on the lead."

Although there are no details of the production house or the director on board, rumour has it that the film be shot on a 60-day straight shoot and the project will go on floors in March.

All we got to do is wait for the official announcement. Until then, Stay tuned to Bollyy for more updates!
