KAREENA KAPOOR KHAN HAS LOST 16 KILOS SINCE TAIMUR ALI KHAN’S BIRTH
When we think about fitness in Bollywood, Kareena Kapoor Khan is sure to come up in our head. She has been on a workout spree ever since she gave birth to Taimur Ali Khan. Kareena is a regular with her fitness regime, be it gymming or yoga, making everyone envy of her body and giving major body goals.
Kareena’s trainer Namrata Purohit talked about her physical transformation with a leading daily and said; “The day we met, Kareena said she wants to be the fittest she has ever been. She came to me 45 days after her son, Taimur, was born. She did not have a particular body size that she wanted to achieve. Kareena only wanted to be fit and flexible again.”
“She has lost 16 kilos since we first started working out,” Namrata added.
Kareena Kapoor Khan is a motivation to all those who aspire to have a healthy body!
