Kashmera Shah All Set To Come Up As A Director With A Film Called Marne Bhi Do Yaaro

It was when I dropped in on the sets of Pushpa I Hate Tears to cover the song picturisation of the title song that I accidentally bumped into Kashmera who was looking at home on the sets sitting behind the monitor with the director Dinkar Kapoor and admitting her husband Krishna Abhishek on whom the song was being shot. Kashmera said that she was really at home because she was with the same crew of technicians that she had employed to shoot her maiden home production called Marne Bhi Do Yaaro, an out and out hilarious satire on the ill effects of the youth today resorting to social media in a big way these days. “The film is being produced by my husband actor Krushna Abhishek and directed by me”, said Kashmera.

Krushna  Abhishek added, “ I am playing not just one role but as many as nine roles like the late versatile actor Sanjeev Kumar had done in Naya Din Nayee Raat and Sivaji Ganeshan did in the Tamil original version Navaratri, in our character –driven film. While Kashmera has written the dialogues for the film, I have written my dialogues for the film, which was shot in Greece. With the film, I am also introducing my handsome younger brother Rishabh as a leading man. Besides Marne Bhi Do Yaaro, I also have films lined up for release like Sharmaji Ki Lag Gayee, Time Nahin Hai which is like Maalamal Weekly with actors like Shakti Kapoor and Rajpal Yadav besides me.”
