Salman and Shah Rukh showed that they shared a grand chemistry when they played Karan and Arjun in Rakesh Roshan's blockbuster "Karan Arjun" ALI PETER JOHN

But more than the lost brothers they played in the film , they formed a bond of friendship which is still as strong and fond as ever .

They have come together whenever there is a crisis in the country or in the industry and their working for human causes is a part of modern history today .

They have never let their careers and their status come in their way once they decide to work for a cause together .

They have crossed boundaries and barriers to come together to solve problems in the interest of humanity and the way they go all out to put all their efforts together to solve any kind of problem is a fact everyone in the industry knows about.

The thespian , Dilip Kumar had once said , " "ye chote chote se lagte hai lekin kaam kamaal ka karte hai ". He was talking about Salman and Shah Rukh both as actors and for their will to work for the welfare of society and the country .

Salman was once questioned about the success of Shah Rukh and the question was a little sarcastic , but Salman immediately took up cudgels for Shah Rukh and said , " Shah Rukh ko kisi ne nahe bannaya. Usko uske kaabilyat aur hunnar ne bannaya aur sabse zyaada usko uske namrata ne bannaya "

On October 8 when Shah Rukh's son Aryan Khan was no nabbed by the Narcotics Cell , there was not a soul to stand by Shah Rukh ,out of fear ( ?) , But Salman forgot all fear and threw caution to the winds and was the first star from the industry to reach Mannat and stand by his dear friend Shah Rukh .
