Knowing Vikas Khanna Was An Awesome Experience, Says Aniruddh Dave

This week the popular show Patiala Babes saw ace chef Vikas Khanna as a judge. He will be supporting and encouraging Mini’s mother while umpiring the cook-off challenge between Babita and chef of the hotel. Actor Aniruddh Dave who is seen as Hanuman in the show shares his experience with the celebrity chef. He says,”Knowing Vikas Khanna was an awesome experience. The show is going at a great pace and chef’s guest appearance increased the value of our show. When I met Chef Vikas I got to know so many nice things about him. He has actually directed a film called The Last Colour which is based on his own book. The film stars Neena Gupta. The film is based in Benaras and one should watch it for it's unique story telling approach.” So what tips in cooking have you taken from the celebrated Chef? “Interestingly my father has some nice traits of a good cook and his specialty is giving a special tadka to the daal. So from my dad I have also grasped few skills and whenever I get some time off I cook for my wife Shubhi. Apart from Indian I love Continental dishes. I find cooking as a great stress buster, one should try that.” His portrayal of Hanuman is getting popular day by day. He adds, ”I am trying and learning everyday. Entire life is crash course for an actor, with a never ending syllabus.”
