He found a bengali actress Mishti Mukherjee and it took him a long time to find Kartik Aryan who was making his presence in some small and almost unknown films Subash saw great promise in Kartik and offered Kartik the role of the hero but thingh went wrong for the entire unit and the film Kanchi was the biggest flop in Subhash Ghai's career he took a long time to recover from all these shocks which came one after the other but he never forgot kartik aryaan and kept saying that krtik was his best bet for the future and he kept talking to everyone about the bright actor who would the future that the future belonged to young men like him........

Subhash went his own ways and Kartik kept signing new exciting and interesting films which were successful in their own ways and after films like Pyar Ka Punchnaama and its sequel and another film with a funny name that i cant still remember after wracking my head all day. I still can't remember in the right order or with the right feelings and have given up and i know that all these and other films have made Kartik Aryaan the star he is now and whith the controversy over Dostana 2 and his being asked to leave the film by karan johar kartik has grown into a kind of supeestar and may be a very important part of the bhool bhalaiya 2

Everything that used to happen to a god like superstar called Rajesh Khanna has startead happening to the new superstar Kartik Aryaan.
