Aamir Khan On Mahabharat: Aamir Khan is currently in the news for his upcoming projects. One of the actor's dream projects is Mahabharat. Aamir Khan is often seen talking about 'Mahabharat'. Meanwhile, Aamir Khan has also shared his plans for his upcoming production venture.

Aamir Khan said this about Mahabharata

In fact, during his recent conversation, Aamir Khan said, "I hope I will be able to start work this year. Mahabharata will be made in several parts like the Lord of the Rings films. But he also said that it will not be started immediately, because writing will take time. He said, "It will take some time because the writing process will take a few years". 

Will the actor act in Mahabharata?

Along with this, Aamir Khan said that he is not sure yet whether he will act in Mahabharata or not. The team will select suitable actors for each role. He clarified, "We will see who is suitable for which role". 

Will Aamir Khan take over the director's chair for Mahabharata?

During the conversation, Aamir Khan was asked if he would take the director's chair for this magnum opus. Responding to this, the actor shared that he cannot direct the film himself as it is a huge project and will require multiple films to tell the entire story. "I don't think you can tell Mahabharata in one film, so it will be in multiple films. I am looking at a larger scale. Given that it could be a multi-director project. It's too early to say, but we may need multiple directors".

Aamir Khan seen in Sitare Zameen Par

Meanwhile, on the work front, Aamir Khan was last seen in Laal Singh Chaddha (2022), which bombed at the box office. Next, he will be seen in Sitare Zameen Par, a sequel based on the theme of his 2007 blockbuster, Tare Zameen Par. Directed by RS Prasanna, the film will see Aamir reuniting with Tare Zameen Par actor Darsheel Safary and starring alongside Genelia Deshmukh. Though the release date has not been decided yet, fans are eagerly waiting for another heartwarming and transformative cinematic experience from Aamir.
