Accused Faizan Khan used to keep an eye on Shah Rukh Khan 'Har Pal'

Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan recently received death threats. Raipur lawyer Faizan Khan, who threatened King Khan, is currently in police custody. Mumbai Police is continuously interrogating the accused. Meanwhile, during interrogation, the accused Faizan revealed that he was allegedly keeping an eye on Shah Rukh Khan's activities and even tried to obtain sensitive information about his family.

A new report in the Times of India states that the investigation has found that Faizan used to do 'exhaustive online searches' to gather information about Shah Rukh Khan's family's security cover and their movements. He also kept an eye on the movements of the actor and his son Aryan Khan. According to the report, this information was found through forensic analysis of Faizan's second mobile phone, which was recovered by the Bandra police investigation team.

Shahrukh and Aryan Khan got Y-plus security

According to the reports received, Faizan will remain in judicial custody for the next ten days. At present, the accused is giving evasive and contradictory answers to the investigators about the reasons behind the search of Shahrukh and his family's activities. Both Shahrukh and Aryan have been given Y-plus security cover by the Maharashtra government.

Shahrukh Khan received death threats

The Mumbai police had received an anonymous call on November 7, threatening Shah Rukh Khan's life and demanding a ransom of Rs 50 lakh. The police traced the call to Raipur and found that the phone belonged to Faizan Khan. Initially, Faizan claimed that his phone had already been stolen and that he was being framed. The Mumbai police arrested Faizan, a lawyer, after an initial investigation and brought him for questioning on November 12. Khan was kept in police custody till November 18 and then sent to judicial custody for two weeks. Faizan Khan had earlier complained to the Mumbai police against Shah Rukh Khan over a dialogue about deer hunting in his film Anjaam (1994).

Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Rajkumar Hirani's Donkey, which also starred Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal. He will next be seen in King, which will be directed by Sujoy Ghosh. The film also stars Suhana Khan in a parallel lead role. Reportedly, the actor will play a mafia kingpin in the film and Suhana will play his disciple. Munjya fame Abhay Verma is also in the lead role and Abhishek Bachchan will play the villain.
