After watching Golmaal 3, Arjun harassed Rohit Shetty for work

There is a huge buzz about Rohit Shetty's upcoming film 'Singham Again'. Today, on 7 October, the trailer of the film was released in which many stars like Ajay Devgan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, Jackie Shroff and Ravi Kishan are seen. But the most attention in the trailer is drawn by Arjun Kapoor who is seen in the role of a villain. Not only this, at the trailer launch event of the film, Arjun Kapoor revealed that after watching Golmaal 3, he had harassed Rohit Shetty for work.

Arjun Kapoor said this on working with Rohit Shetty

Addressing the media at the trailer launch of Singham Again, Arjun said that he cannot believe that he is a part of Rohit's action entertainer set in the cop world and that he is pinching himself. Talking about how he approached Rohit to work in his films, the actor said, "I feel honoured and blessed that Rohit sir chose me to be a part of this film. I have been to the cinema halls to watch Golmaal and Singham. I had even expressed my desire to work with him. I also wanted to work with Ajay sir. I didn't know that your dreams can come true to this extent! I am a little overwhelmed by this."

Arjun Kapoor 'harassed' Rohit Shetty after watching the third installment of Golmaal. Recalling the incident, he said, “Whenever I saw 'Rohit Shetty and his team', I wanted to be a part of that team. I saw Singham at Chandan Cinema. I saw Singham Returns at Gaiety. After watching Golmaal 3, I pestered him and told him how much I wanted to work with him and that is why he had no problem playing a negative role in Singham Again."

Arjun Kapoor further added, "I may be the villain Raavan in the film, but the little kid inside me, who loves cinema, is very happy and proud to be a part of this massive celebration of entertainment. The audience deserves to come to the theatres to watch our film. There is no better combination than Rohit Shetty, Ajay Devgan and the entire team to give a Diwali gift".

Singham Again will release on Diwali 2024 

The film Singham Again is being directed by Rohit Shetty. The film stars Ajay Devgan, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor and Shweta Tiwari in important roles. The film is going to be released in theaters on Diwali this year. Rohit Shetty's action thriller is going to clash with Kartik Aryan, Vidya Balan's film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 at the box office. Both films will clash in theaters on the same day. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is also one of the most awaited films of the year.
