The police had charged the actor for entering the theater during the premiere show without prior notice. The incident took place during the premiere of Pushpa 2, when Allu Arjun arrived at the theater unexpectedly, sparking chaos among the audience.

A case has been registered under Sections 105 (punishment for not being guilty of murder) and 118(1) R/W 3 (5) (voluntarily causing injury or grievous harm) of the Indian Penal Code. Allu Arjun is now seeking legal relief from the court regarding the charges.

On the night of Wednesday, December 4, Allu Arjun unexpectedly arrived at Sandhya Theater for a film screening without prior notice. Fans, eagerly waiting outside the theater to meet the star, rushed to get inside with him. The large crowd led to a stampede, creating chaos as people struggled to breathe.

In an attempt to control the situation, the police resorted to mild lathi-charge. Once the crowd was dispersed, those who had fainted due to suffocation were rushed to the hospital. Tragically, a woman was declared dead by doctors, while her son was severely injured in the incident.
