Anees Bazmee on Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 vs. Singham Again Clash

Ajay Devgn's film Singham Again and Kartik Aaryan's horror comedy film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 are in the news these days. The film is all set to release on the occasion of Diwali. Meanwhile, Anees Bazmee has expressed his reaction about the box office clash between his film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Ajay Devgn's Singham Again. Anees said that he is the 'last person' to be involved in the box office numbers and wants to keep himself busy making a good film.

In fact, Anees Bazmee, in his recent interview, reacting to the box office clash between Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Singham Again, said, "Why should I talk to them? It is a business decision between the producers, and I am only the director. The team of Singham Again is insisting on a Diwali release. Clash is never a good idea. I know we announced the release date of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 a year ago, but what can we do? I have always believed that a good film does not need a date to run. I am the last person to get involved in box-office numbers and release dates. These decisions and numbers are calculated by the producers and distributors".

The producer said this on the postponement of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3

Recently, Anees Bazmee officially confirmed that Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 will not be postponed to avoid a box office clash. Talking about this, he said, “I never planned such a thing in my life, and I don't think birthdays are a special day. But this birthday will be special because my film will take the message of happiness and laughter across the world. The need of the hour is laughter, and I hope we have delivered. Sir, this is a bigger film than the first one with music, song dance, laughter and happiness everywhere. This work has been very, very hard and a lot of good work has been done. Technically it is a very good film, the special effects are going to be worth watching”.

Tripti Dimri will be seen with Kartik in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3

Apart from Kartik Aaryan, Tripti Dimri, Vidya Balan and Madhuri Dixit will also be seen in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. This role has been kept a surprise. A dance-off is also expected between Madhuri Dixit and Vidya Balan in the threequel. Vidya Balan will reprise the role of Manjulika like in the first part of the film Bhool Bhulaiyaa. Directed by Priyadarshan, the film was released in 2007. Akshay Kumar was in the lead role in it.

Singham Again will release on Diwali

Meanwhile, Singham Again is the fifth installment of Rohit Shetty's cop universe and a sequel to Singham Returns (2014). The film stars Ajay Devgn alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff and Arjun Kapoor. Jackie Shroff, Shweta Tiwari, Dayanand Shetty, Siddharth Jadhav and Ashutosh Rana also feature in the action film. The film Singham Again will release on Diwali.
