Anupama Set Catches Massive Fire: Shocking news has come out from the set of the famous TV show 'Anupama'. Actually, a massive fire broke out on the set of this popular show located in Film City, Mumbai, in the early morning. The entire set was burned to ashes in this accident. The All India Cine Workers Association (AICWA) gave information about this incident through a video post on social media. It is being said that this accident happened at 5 am, just two hours before the shooting started, which caused great damage, but no one lost their life.

Shooting was to be done in the morning shift

According to sources, the shooting of the show was scheduled to start at 7 am. At the time of the accident, many crew members and employees were present on the set, who were busy preparing for the shooting. The fire was so fierce that the entire set was engulfed in it in no time. It was fortunate that the main actors and other employees were not on the set at the time of the fire; otherwise, a major accident could have happened.

AICWA demanded a high-level investigation

AICWA has expressed deep concern over this incident. In its post, the association accused the producers, production house, and channel of negligence and said that they failed to follow basic fire safety standards. AICWA has filed a criminal FIR against the producer, production house, channel, film city management, and labor commission in this case. The organization has demanded a high-level investigation into the incident and strict action against the culprits so that such accidents can be prevented in the future. 

Nearby sets were also in danger

According to TV news reports, the fire completely destroyed the set of Anupama. However, due to the promptness of the fire brigade personnel, the fire was prevented from spreading to other nearby sets, which prevented further damage. If the fire had spread to the surrounding sets, the damage could have been even more devastating.

Disappointment among artists and fans

After the news of this accident came out, there was disappointment among the actors and fans of the show. 'Anupama' has been at the top of the TRP race for a long time and is a favorite show of the audience. The shooting will also be affected due to the destruction of the set, and it may take time to prepare a new location or set. At present, after the accident, serious questions are being raised about the security arrangements on the set. It is expected that by learning a lesson from this incident, the production house and the channel will be more cautious about safety standards in the future.
