Salman Khan had received threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi
Just last month, Salman Khan received a threat over a song linking him to jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. The threat was received by Mumbai's traffic control room. The threatening message referenced a song that allegedly named both Salman Khan and Lawrence Bishnoi, stating that the lyricist responsible for it would face dire consequences within a month. "The lyricist's condition will become such that he will no longer be able to write songs," the threatening message read. "If Salman Khan has the courage, he should save him," the message read. In a recent arrest, a 32-year-old man named Bhikha Ram, also known as Vikram was detained by police in Haveri, Karnataka, for issuing threats to Salman earlier as well. Bhikha Ram, originally from Jalore in Rajasthan, was handed over to Maharashtra's Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS).
