Popular rapper and singer Badshah recently found himself at the center of a controversy after a video went viral showing a Thar vehicle driving the wrong way in Gurugram. The car, which was reportedly being driven by someone associated with Badshah, was fined 15,500 for traffic rule violations. However, Badshah has now denied the allegations and clarified the matter publicly. The incident took place on December 15, when singer Karan Aujla"s live concert was held in Gurugram. Badshah was reportedly on his way to the concert in a Thar, which was seen driving against traffic. The video, which was shared widely on social media, raised concerns, prompting the police to take action. The driver was fined 15,500. However, it was later revealed that the Thar in question was not registered under Badshah"s name, but rather under the name of a person from Panipat, Deepender Malik. Badshah took to Instagram to clear the air. In a story post, he wrote, "I don"t even own a Thar, and I wasn"t driving it that day. I was being driven in a white Toyota Vellfire. We always drive responsibly, whether it's our cars or any game we play." Badshah"s Official Team Statement Badshah"s team also issued an official statement on the matter. The statement addressed reports claiming that Badshah violated traffic rules and drove in the wrong direction after Karan Aujla"s concert in Delhi NCR. The statement firmly denied these claims, calling them "completely false." The statement further clarified that neither Badshah nor his team was fined for any traffic violations, and they are fully cooperating with the authorities. The truth, they assured, would come to light soon. Work Front Talking about his work, Badshah has delivered several hit tracks in Bollywood, including songs like Ladki Kar Gayi Chull from Kapoor & Sons, Hai Garmi from Street Dancer, Naina from Crew, Proper Patola from Namaste England, and DJ Wale Babu from DJ Wale Babu.
