The caller warned her that if a ransom of Rs 50 lakh is not paid within two days, her life may be in danger. Due to this dangerous situation, the local police has started an investigation, which is working to trace the criminals and ensure her safety.

Police station in-charge Prashant Kumar Bhardwaj confirmed that Akshara Singh has filed a complaint regarding extortion and death threats. "The situation is being investigated. The caller will be identified soon," he said, assuring people that efforts are on to identify and nab the culprit.
