Before the release of the film, a report has come out, which states that the censor board has made some changes before giving the film a U/A certificate. Let us tell you that the censor board has made some changes before giving the film 'Uljh' a U/A certificate. This film starring Gulshan Devaiah reportedly also has some abuses. However, the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has asked the makers to beep them. According to the information received, the word 'f**k' has been beeped several times in the film 'Uljh'. The word 'm****rf**ker' has also been muted. The report also states that a particular 'obscene' hand gesture has been asked to be blurred. After these changes, the length of Uljh has been reduced to 134 minutes (2 hours 14 minutes).

Gulshan Devaiah said this about Janhvi Kapoor

 
Gulshan Devaiah will also be seen in the lead role with Janhvi Kapoor in the film 'Uljh'. Not only this, during an interview, Gulshan Devaiah said that during the making of the film, his and Janhvi Kapoor's coordination was not good. Talking about this, Gulshan Devaiah said, "I am not saying that it is my or Janhvi's fault. There are other ways to complete the work. I never felt a lack of connection with her while doing the scene. It was not that I did not want to look at her face, but you cannot expect a family-like situation on every set". 

Gulshan Devaiah talks about different perspectives as stars

Gulshan Devaiah further added that having different viewpoints as stars pushed them to achieve the unimaginable while working on Uljhan. “Getting along with someone and getting along with them are two different things. When I saw some of the scenes and the song (Shaukan) that we had shot, I felt we couldn’t get along with each other, but no one could tell. This creative clash is good as long as you are not demeaning anyone or intentionally hurting anyone because it pushes you in a direction you wouldn’t have gone in. The idea is to be civil and we were very civil”.

Uljhan will release on August 2

Directed by National Award-winning director Sudhanshu Saria, Ulj also stars Roshan Mathew, Adil Hussain, Rajendra Gupta, Rajesh Tailang, Meiyang Chang, and Jitendra Joshi. The film Ulj is all set to release in theatres on 2 August 2024.
