Actually, according to information received from sources, "Aamir Khan heard the script of Dadasaheb Phalke (Dadasaheb Phalke Biopic) fromRajkumar Hiraniand Abhijat Joshi. He felt that the script did not have enough elements for a theatrical release. He expected Rajkumar Hirani and Abhijat Joshi to adopt their usual style of mixing laughter, emotion and drama. But the script lacked comedy, which created doubts in Aamir's mind (Aamir Khan Dada Saheb Phalke) and he asked the producer to rewrite it."
The script will be reworked
The source further added, "Rajkumar Hiraniand Abhijat were surprised by Aamir's response and are now considering their next steps. The film, which was supposed to start production in October 2025, is now not on track to go on floors next month. Everything is currently on hold and Aamir has started working on other scripts after hearing pitches from various industries."
